Bobby Singh, is the founder and President of Project Assurance Inc., an international consulting and training company dedicated to the advancement of plant shutdowns and turnarounds for the process, refining, chemical and energy industries. Bobby has over 40 years of experience in areas of turnaround preparedness reviews and troubleshooting, contractor management, productivity enhancement studies, and in the implementation of organizational development programs for both the owner and contracting companies.

Bobby’s expertise includes turnaround benchmarking, strategic planning, dynamic project controls, and in designing management solutions that ensure resource optimization and efficient execution. He has assisted numerous clients in the development and implementation of customized turnaround procedures based on the best processes, practices and planning techniques.

An outstanding workshop leader, he has conducted public and customized seminars, and trained thousands of professionals in the United States, Canada, Europe, South America, Middle East and Asia. As part of Project Assurance’s highly recognized Excellence in Turnaround Management Services, Bobby has developed several popular and innovative training programs to efficiently manage plant turnarounds and projects.

Bobby has also created Turnaround Excellence Program and Turnaround Management Benchmarking Model specifically geared to institute high performance management concepts at the company level with major emphasis to enhance in-house turnaround capabilities. He is also publisher of a newsletter, Turnaround Management Concepts.

A frequent speaker at professional associations and symposiums, Bobby has presented papers at the National Petrochemical and Refiners Association, The Business Roundtable, Project Management Institute and the International Maintenance Institute. He holds a Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas Tech University.
